Are you hiring?

When will you be open?
We officially opened for business on Monday, December 18th, 2017. Our hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 8am - 7pm, Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 12pm (effective December 17, 2018) with plans to continue adding extended evening and weekend hours in the future. We will take appointments and walk-ins. Stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for further updates.
What kind of insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans.
How does a patient go about being transferred to your office for primary care?
You may stop by our office to sign a record release so we can obtain your medical records from your previous healthcare provider. Although it would be very helpful, it is not required for us to have your records on file in order for you to be seen as a patient with our office.
Where are you located?
Our address is 315 Franklin Plaza, Louisburg, NC 27549. We are conveniently located in the Franklin Plaza next to Food Lion in Louisburg on US 401/Louisburg Rd/S Bickett Blvd.
What is the difference between Primary Care and Urgent Care?
Patients are able to schedule appointments for all of their Primary Care needs (routine physicals, management of diabetes, hypertension, etc) as well as walk-in for any Urgent Care needs (colds and flu, back pain, rashes, etc.). We also have X-ray and lab on site.
What are wait times like?
We schedule same day appointments to help reduce wait times but you can always call to get an estimated wait time during peak seasons.
